How might we train Wieden&Kennedy's Inclusion and Diversity team in the art of online facilitation with in order to enhance better internal conversations?
Mischief Approach
A 6 hours online facilitation training broken down into 2 sessions of 3 hours where participants respectively dove deeper into workshop design, hosting like a pro and group dynamics. Experiencing different conversational formats in order to inspire for direct internal application.

Built skills and confidence to host internal conversations within the diversity and inclusion team
Exercises directly applicable into their own meetings
Additional trainings booked: online facilitation, meeting design and gravitas.
