Pitching projects to stakeholders. Presenting to your team. Those moments when you need to stand up and be more visible in your organisation.

You know what you want to say - but presenting it in a way that lands, that moves people to action... that's the next level skill leaders need to master.

The reality is, if you want to increase your influence and visibility in your organisation, you need to master the art of presenting your ideas with confidence and presence. Clear, compelling presentation skills are no longer nice to have - they’re leadership.

Here's how to get there:

FIND YOUR VOICE

Discover your unique presentation style. Your voice has power, learn how to use it with intention.

MASTER YOUR PRESENCE

Feel grounded when presenting. Use body and voice to enhance your message and manage nerves even in high-pressure situations.

ENGAGE YOUR AUDIENCE

Learn storytelling frameworks and audience connection techniques that keep people with you from start to finish.

What you will learn

If you need to present as a leader when pitching to stakeholders, leading important conversations, or communicating ideas that require buy-in, this training is for you.

It's designed to help you show up with confidence and foster human connection in the moments that matter most. We focus on helping you feel confident in your voice and use storytelling and presence to influence, inspire, and impact.

Key Learnings include:

  • Discover your presentation style - whether you're bold and boomy or calm and considered, we'll help you use your voice with intention

  • Learn storytelling frameworks that turn your next stakeholder presentation from "interesting" to "let's move forward with this"

  • Develop executive presence techniques so you stay grounded and compelling when the pressure is on

Frequently asked questions

How many spots are there?

This training will be hosted for a small, intimate group of maximum 10 people. This ensures each participant gets individual practice, real-time feedback, and personalised coaching on their presentation style.

Who is this training for?

Mid-senior professionals who need to influence up and lead important conversations at work. Our participants are typically team leads, managers, client-facing professionals, and anyone who wants to increase their visibility and impact through impactful presentations. Whether you're pitching to executives, communicating change to teams, or presenting to stakeholders - this is for leaders ready to present with intention.

Do I need any previous experience?

Short answer: No.

Longer answer: This training is designed for professionals who present regularly but want to move beyond basic confidence-building. We focus on finding your unique style rather than teaching one-size-fits-all techniques.

This sounds like leadership training - is it really about presentations?

Yes, it's both! We position presenting as a core leadership behaviour - not performance. This training helps you use storytelling and presence to speak up, hold space, and inspire action in all your professional presentations, from boardroom pitches to team meetings where you need buy-in.

What workplace scenarios can I apply these skills to?

The moments that matter most: pitching for budget approval, communicating change to resistant teams, leading stakeholder meetings, client presentations, and any situation where you need to influence and inspire. These aren't stage skills - they're day-to-day leadership tools.

Can I join with my team / a group of people?

Absolutely! We offer a group rate of €495 for alumni and teams. Learning these skills together creates shared language and approach to presentation within your organisation. We also offer bespoke team versions of this training.

How is this different from other presentation skills training?

We focus on leadership presentation skills, not performance. Our human-first approach helps you find your unique voice rather than teaching scripts. It's playful yet results-driven, with maximum 10 participants for high-touch coaching. Plus, everything we teach comes from real-world experience - we walk the talk.

Does this combine well with other trainings?

Perfect pairing with our Leading Groups facilitation course. If you're presenting to groups, you're often leading groups too. Together, these skills create powerful leadership capabilities - presentation skills plus expert group facilitation.
