At Mischief Makers, we believe facilitation can be a powerful driver for change. Skilled Facilitators enable inclusive and effective collaboration, they empower people to do their best work.
We actively create space and invest resources into work focused on positively impacting people and the planet, and 'for good' projects.
We dedicated an arm of Mischief Makers dedicated to social impact, connecting NGOs and grassroots organisations with facilitation expertise, providing free educational resources and workshops to underfunded organisations, and empowering marginalised talent with growth and development opportunities.
Routes in
Our social impact initiative, Routes In, is designed to open up the creative industry, making it more inclusive and diverse. We are leading bespoke mentorship programs and talent initiatives for companies within the creative industry.
Win Win Scenario
We empower NGOs and social impact driven organisations by providing free bespoke workshops which are led by our trained Facilitation Course graduates, who are excited to put their learnings into practice.
Scholarships
We offer scholarships to make our facilitation course accessible to keen and driven minds from underprivileged backgrounds and underrepresented groups. We want everyone to be part of the future of work.
