We co-designed a 7-month learning journey focused on strengthening facilitative leadership and embedding a collaborative culture. The program covered essential skills like experience design, facilitation, group dynamics, personal leadership, storytelling, and hybrid collaboration. Through immersive workshops, real-time practice, and tailored coaching, we helped the team build confidence and create a shared language that transformed how they worked together.
