How might we facilitate a 3 day online sprint for 5 young Estonian startups part of the Elevator Startups Incubator?
We designed an online sprint working with both Zoom and Mural in order to enhance collaboration, productivity and collective knowledge between sub-teams and all incubator participants. Teams agreed on a problem worth solving, decided on a solution to try out and built a simple test to validate if this solution would solve their problem.
5 start-ups set up and defined their services and / or product through a condensed 3 day design sprint
Gaining great insights through collective input and peer to peer feedback
Each product or services has been tested by 3-5 users.
