WeTransfer x Mischief Makers: Elevating Meetings, Empowering Teams

The Challenge

When WeTransfer noticed their meetings weren’t as effective or engaging as they could be, they partnered with us to level up how their teams collaborate and communicate - turning meetings into meaningful, productive experiences.

Mischief approach

We co-created a bespoke Foundation-level ‘Meeting Hosting’ training designed to build facilitation skills and boost team performance. After multiple successful sessions, the training became a core part of WeTransfer’s onboarding process. Accompanied we crafted a internal Meeting Guide, ensuring consistent practices and a shared meeting culture.
