"Failure Fest"

The Challenge

Design and facilitate a “Failure Fest” to foster an innovative learning culture around programme rollout experiences and insights, as closing session for the annual team retreat of the global CFYE team.

Mischief approach

We designed and hosted an engaging and inclusive conversation space to support the CFYE team in reflection and learning. Part of this was the creation of bespoke reflection and learning templates, which contribute to putting a growth mindset into practice as a team through shared formats, also beyond the retreat.

  • Reframing failure as a learning opportunity to foster a growth mindset team culture

  • Bespoke learning templates to foster a reflective learning culture throughout the year

  • Created brave space to reflect and share failure comfortably
