The Challenge
How might we facilitate collaborative virtual round table sessions for 45 policy makers around the topic of gender sensitivity while gaining insight into different perspectives and aligning on a vision moving forward?
Mischief Approach
A 3 hour long interactive session including interactive presentations, a collective brainstorm around gender sensitivity on Mural, panel talks and discussions in smaller break out groups to work on tangible outcomes and next steps. Introduced several conversational formats that creates a safer space for everyone to share their thoughts, in different modes.

45 attendees working collaboratively online for the first time
