A 3 hour long interactive session including interactive presentations, a collective brainstorm around gender sensitivity on Mural, panel talks and discussions in smaller break out groups to work on tangible outcomes and next steps. Introduced several conversational formats that creates a safer space for everyone to share their thoughts, in different modes.
